# Admin Functions \[Solved\]

Hi,  
I’m trying to very simple things with Kanboard such as managing users and groups. Reading the documentation reveals very different screens than those I see on my install. I am an administrator and logged in as such but I do not see all the admin functions I should.  
This is my profile:  
Sorry cannot add the image to show I’m actually an admin. Restricted to one image ☹

This is what I see in Group Administration

And this is what the manual says I should see:  
Sorry cannot add the image. Restricted to one image ☹

I’m on latest version 1.2.12:  
Sorry cannot add the image to show version. Restricted to one image ☹

Any ideas?

Ok I managed to resolve it. Setting to manage an object is revealed by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the instance number. Not even remotely similar to the documentation 😡
