# Subtasks can only be moved by project owner

We are experiencing the situation that all users that are not (the only) project-owner cannot move subtasks (to reorder subtasks in the same tasks), even if a user has project manger permissions.  
Therefore my very basic question: Can you move subtasks as non project owner?  
And if yes do you have any idea what’s wrong with our installation/configuration?

(Tested with various browsers…)
