I removed them, but the issue still persists. Empty plugin folders shouldn’t mess it up that bad either :p.

Did you switch to sqlite and test it?
Just did, same issue. So it’s not database related or plugin related. So either it’s the software or something going on on the web application because according to Technical Information i’m using port 80 (while I’m not) and also says I’m not using pretty URL’s while I am.
