Create and send a comment by e-mail not working

Hello everyone,

after the topic “Comments in tasks” was solved with version 1.2.37, we noticed that the function “Create and send a comment by e-mail” does not work. Is there possibly a workaround for this? Nothing currently happens when sending.

It’s not fully clear (to me) what you mean. Please describe more precise what you are trying to do.

With pleasure.

If you want to add a comment to a task, you have the option of sending the comment by e-mail. To do this, click on the link under “Add comment”, add the e-mail address, subject and message and send the comment.

You can fill in everything, but the comment will not be sent. You may see a short animation, but the window remains open and the e-mail is not sent.

Thank you for the detailed description. For the moment, I can only confirm the malfunction.
If I find time, I’ll take a more in-depth look into this.
