Sharing projects with a clean url

edit: I found New Plugin: URLCleaner and will try installing it.
and in documentation I found: URL Rewriting - Kanboard Documentation

Curious on suggestions for sharing urls for projects that are easy to find and remember, such as:
domain.com/kanboard/public_share

I also like the idea of a url that doesn’t look too fishy at a glance.

My Kanboard is at
domain.com/kanboard

Seems I cannot edit my previous post, so here is how to get through URL Rewriting process, which took a small amount of trial and error:

  1. Install URL Cleaner plugin for a clear reference tool that will tell you whether you are properly configured.
  2. Confirm Apache mode rewrite is enabled
  3. Make a backup and then Edit config.php to enable URL re-writes per documentation
  4. Locate .htaccess file for Kanboard, make a backup of it, and then rewrite as described in documentation: URL Rewriting - Kanboard Documentation
  5. Enable Clean URLs in URL Cleaner once it shows successful (green) configuration. Enjoy all of the cleaned up URL’s, which it will preview for you.
