Add new categories

As the number of discussions increases, it will be helpful to be able to filter the topics by some additional categories…similar to the tags in the Github bug tracker. Some initial thoughts are:

New Feature Requests
Enhancements
Need Help
Plugins
Ideas
Accolades (Kanboard deserves this)
Technical Discussion

Those are a few thoughts. Would you concur?
