Cycle Time & Lead Times

Hi,

What is your practice regarding to analytics? Do you close your tasks immediatly after reaching the last column of your board or not?

It has an impact on Lead & Cycle Time calculations I think !

If you dont close the task after completion, you will have wrong statistics.

Is it the case ?

Just for your information: there’s a fix in the current dev version that changes these numbers to be more correct. See https://github.com/kanboard/kanboard/commit/b31af33b51211833163593746a263b93bdd9a951
