I would like to setup KanBoard so that when I move a task to “Ready” column, then all other tasks blocked by it will change from “blocked by” to “related”. I could not find any automatic action for this. Can it be done?
Yes, but it would require you to write your own action to do it.
You mean, write my own action in PHP?

Or convince someone else to write it for you. It would be rather simple.
