is it possible to create a plugin to send notifications by sms?
I am not a programmer, just a sysadmin…
We have on our network a sms-server, so that’s why this question.
Everything is possible if you can develop it 
You can develop a custom plugin (or plugin with settings) to handle your sms-server if you sms-server allows external calls (API?)
