Theme format damage after change of language or timezone

Hi there!

Hope of help. I have some plugins installed. KanboardCSS, Customizer
Whe I change over a UserProfile the language or the timezone it makes the formatting wrong. Everything is on the left site. So, I think it dosent load the right CSS.
But what is in conjuction from the theme and the language or the timezone. It`s not logical for me.
Is there a way to hide the settings for timezone and language for the users?
Better is, to fix the bug

Unfortunately, I cannot verify your issue. I’ve installed both, KanboardCSS and Customizer.
