Translation update

The existing Norwegian translation is incomplete and have many typos. I have finished a complete translations for version 1.2.5 with 100% of the terms translated (for v. 1.2.5).

What would be the best way to add the translation to the project? I have a little experience with GitHub, but am unsure how to make a pull request when the repo is now at 1.2.6.
