Webhooks for Outlook and Microsoft Teams

Hi it would be good if there is way to integrate the Webhooks for Outlook and Teams that would support ActionCards or MessageCards.

I wrote a small patch that translates the $event_data into an action card json with information that i needed. Anybody has a better way of doing it?

If anybody interested i wrote a basic plugin for outlook:

This is taken from already available chat plugins.
Can be expanded for Microsoft Teams as well or action cards.
