How do install plugins on web hosted install of Kanboard using Softaculous

How do install plugins on web hosted install of Kanboard using Softaculous. When I go to the Plugin Directory I see the following message. “Your Kanboard instance is not configured to install plugins from the user interface.”

What do I need to do to get the plugins installed on my installation?
