How to see all subtask for other user of kanboard?

Dear all, please imagine a situation that you have many projects and you are a Big Boss.

In that situation I suppose you want to see what do your staff do in tasks and subtasks in all project.

For example, you call a staff member, open kanboard see all tasks and subtasks in all project for that staff member and talk with the staff member about it.

How to reach that?
