Notifications sent for non-existing task?

Hello there…

A user was complaining about email notifications received for a closed task. I was not able to find the reason. I ended up deleting the task as a brute fore resolution.

The user still receives notifications for the ghost-task. Following the task-link, leads to an error-page (As expected).

I’m about to dig in to the database, but would like some ideas as to what to look for before I do.

I’m running Kanboard v. 1.2.15.

Turns out the mails were coming from a previous Kanboard installation (Not supposed to be running) which had been moved (along with the data) to another infrastructure.
