I have a question regarding project management: I want to display a global percentage bar according to the number of tasks completed. Is there any plugin or any idea on how I could achieve this
No matter how I move in the swimlanes, my tasks will get 100% progress

You can use milestone to achieve this : GitHub - oliviermaridat/kanboard-milestone-plugin: Kanboard Milestone Plugin - adds a section for milestone tasks to show their related tasks

I just tried this plugin, but its performance did not meet my expectations.
Additionally, I experienced “no response” when click on the Gantt chart page. Perhaps I am not using it correctly.

when my task is finished; I don’t wanna close this task.
I would like all tasks to be retained in the Gantt chart, with the completed tasks displayed at 100% progress.
