"task creation is not permitted" : "add task" appeared in view of option's list

Hi,

I’m a new user in Kanboard with Framaboard.

When task creation is not permitted, user is still able to access to “add a new task” in the list of options (see below)

It works because user can’t create a new task but this could lead to misunderstandings for new users.

I’m interested in any progress on this.

Finally something unsolved. At least all the work I’m having testing your reports didn’t turn out to be in vain. Please open an issue https://github.com/kanboard/kanboard/issues/new/choose
