Kanboard seems to be an awesome tool to aggregate issue tracking information from various sources, but what if it could also share them further through a standard protocol?
ActivityPub has seen increasing adoption and would allow users to subscribe and comment on issues/tasks from other services as diverse as Mastodon, Nextcloud, Peertube etc.
There are also some new php libs for it, so integration might not be that hard?
