Finlay, I have transferred the data folder again using Cyberduck instead of Filezilla and everything is fine.

For now, 1.2.12 is working as 1.2.11

This may be a permissions issue with your kanboard installation folder.
Make sure the files are readable by your webserver user.

Yes, it was my first verification and everything was normal.

I don’t know what happened exactly with the first attempt.

I shouldn’t try to switch to Filezilla. I used to work with Cyberduck without issues on Mac.
