ˋMove Positionˊ for Task does not work

In all my projects in various Installation ˋMove Positionˊ for Task works fine. When I click a selection dialog for Swimmlane or Column appears. But there is one Project in a KANBOARD Installation where the ˋMove task …ˊ dialog is empty – see screenshot!

Moving with mouse drag and drop in the Pinboard View works without problems.
Any Idea where I should look for roots of that effect?

very uncommon to have an error, without it showing up in stderr. log it, look at it, and im sure something will show up, if not, check console.
