Required field – How to

Hi !

I have a problem with some collegues on Kanboard because they always forget to fill the Reference field on the tasks.

Is there a way to turn the Reference field into a required one unless the task is impossible to be saved ?

Is there a way to make it as a condition when the task reach some column ?

You can do this with the Custom Fields extension, you will need to add another field called “Reference” though, then again, you can name it to anything else you want. Custom fields setting in admin settings. The custom fields can be defined for a single project or board wide
