As the admin, I sometimes forget to add notifications for new projects and then miss task state changes. Would it be possible to allow the admin to automatically receive notifications for open projects?

Under "I want to receive notifications only for those projects:"
Don’t check any boxes…
You could also just check the activity stream for all the activity going on.
