Some plugin cannot download properly

I’m using Kanboard v1.2.35, and tried to install some plugins, however got 404 not found.
e.g.,

• Greenwing,
  its download URL is defined as below:
  https://github.com/Confexion/Greenwing/releases/download/1.3.2/Greenwing.zip
  However it’s not there. Unfortunately not sure correct URL.
• Auto Email Extended Actions
  its download URL is defined as below:
  https://github.com/creecros/SendEmailCreator/releases/download/1.2.5/SendEmailCreator-1.2.6.zip
  However its’ not there.
  It seems to be under /download/1.2.6, not /download/1.2.5

NO "PluginManager" installed!

1. From Profile overview click “Plugins”
   » "List “Installed Plugins” will open
2. Below Heading click “Plugins Directory”
   » "List with available Plugins will open
3. Search page for “Greenwing”
   » List entry for “Greenwing” Version 1.3.2 by Confexion marked
4. Click “Install”
   » Expected: Plugin will become installed (or similar)
   Actual: Can not open plugin archive

I can’t tell whether this is a KANBOARD issue of a GREENWING issue.
